A native of Napa Valley, Tiffany graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 1988. She began her career in business management at E.F. Hutton in Santa Barbara. Since then, Tiffany has worked with some of the most prestigious companies in the world, such as Great Western Bank, Jefferies & Co., Deloitte Consulting, Kaiser Permanente, AOL, Warner Bros., The Walt Disney Company, ABC and ESPN.

In 2003 without any warning Tiffany experienced a life threatening medical emergency that landed her on life support and ICU for a month, required multiple surgeries and a team of 20+ doctors. Having no memory of what happened, she began her recovery four months later. A year long recovery ensued and gave her time to reflect upon her very successful but stressful demanding career.

Going back to what she knew, albeit in a new way, in 2004, Tiffany founded her own consulting company. With a new appreciation for life and the importance of the human element in everything we do. Tiffany began consulting on the people impact on business and technology investments and success. Her theories quickly turned to practice and her clients loved the results from the holistic organizational view. Crossing the boundaries of typical one-focus consulting and providing multi-dimension solutions her clients achieved outstanding results.

Reaching out to other professionals and sharing the valuable lessons she learned studying the way Fortune 100 companies work and then developing Workforce Enablement solutions to solve their problems and increase productivity seemed a natural next step. Her technology and business experience allow her to speak the language of business and technologists alike. Tiffany offers a variety of corporate productivity and leadership topics to benefit the whole organization.

Notes
  • Why this class? Many women are re-entering the workforce after divorce or child rearing, changing careers after being displaced in industry collapses such as the Mortgage Meltdown or becoming entrepreneurs with home-based business, franchises or other start-ups and they just don't get how to interact outside of their comfort zone. This topic will give them what they need to level the playing field and stand out in a crowd.
  • This course can be adapted to appeal to men as well, but is best suited for an audience of one majority or the other.
